Document Inventory Session
A focused session to list and label important documents so nothing is overlooked or hard to find. Purely organisational. You provide the documents and context; we provide the framework and the written output.
- Systematic review of all document categories: property, finance, insurance, identity, legal, medical wishes
- Gap analysis — identifying documents that appear to be missing
- Storage location notes: where each document is kept and how to access it

Service 02
Wishes & Intentions Workshop
A facilitated workshop helping individuals and families put their wishes into clear, plain words for their own records. Non-binding and educational. The goal is a written record of your preferences that your family or advisers can refer to when needed.
- Structured conversation covering care preferences, asset distribution wishes, and personal requests
- Facilitator trained in neutral, non-directive conversation
- Family members may attend by prior arrangement

Complete Records Continuity Programme
A thorough programme to build and maintain an organised record of information and intentions, with clear notes on involving qualified professionals. Centred on clarity and order. This is the most comprehensive offering — suitable for individuals or families with layered records, properties in multiple locations, or intentions that require detailed documentation.
