Why Bequesta
The Difference Between Searching and Finding
When records are in good order, families spend their energy on what matters — not on paperwork. Here is what Bequesta does differently.
Back to HomeSix Reasons Clients Choose Bequesta
Our work is specific, bounded, and built around your peace of mind rather than our convenience.
No Scope Creep
We define what we do and stay within it. Organisational work only — never legal or financial advice.
Calm, Unhurried Process
No timers, no pressure. Sessions move at your pace and can be paused or rescheduled without penalty.
Complete Confidentiality
Session notes are yours. Nothing is retained by Bequesta beyond the agreed period without your written consent.
Plain-Language Outputs
Records are written simply so that any family member or professional can understand them without specialist knowledge.
Family-Inclusive Options
Workshops can include family members by arrangement, so that everyone with a role to play is informed from the outset.
Transparent Referral Pathway
Where a solicitor, notary or financial adviser is the right next step, we note that clearly and help you understand what type of professional to seek.
A Closer Look at What We Offer
Experienced Facilitation
Bequesta's facilitators have backgrounds in corporate records management, professional archiving, and adult education. This combination means sessions are methodical without being clinical, and personal without being intrusive.
We have worked with individuals managing assets in multiple countries, with Thai families preparing documents for overseas-based children, and with expatriates who want their records to be accessible to people unfamiliar with Thai administrative systems.
- Over six years of estate records facilitation in Bangkok
- Experience with both Thai national and international asset structures
- Neutral facilitation — no influence on how you choose to organise your affairs
- Regular updates to our approach based on client feedback
A Structured, Repeatable Method
We use a consistent framework across all sessions — beginning with an inventory phase, moving to categorisation, and concluding with a plain-language summary. Each step has a defined output so you always know exactly what you will leave with.
The framework adapts to your specific situation. Whether your records are largely digital, primarily paper, or a mix of both, the process produces the same result: a clear, readable reference that you and your family can rely on.
- Defined outputs at each session stage
- Works with paper documents, digital files, or both
- Adaptable to simple or complex personal situations
- No jargon, no unnecessary complexity
Clear, Fixed Pricing
Our fees are published and fixed. There are no surprise charges, no hourly overruns, and no additional fees for bringing a family member. The Document Inventory Session is ฿3,800, the Wishes & Intentions Workshop is ฿17,500, and the Complete Records Continuity Programme is ฿34,500.
If scope changes are needed, these are agreed in writing before any additional charge applies. You will never receive an invoice for work you did not authorise.
- Fixed prices published in advance — no hidden fees
- No hourly billing or overtime charges
- Scope changes only with prior written agreement
- All fees in Thai Baht — no currency risk
Bequesta vs. Doing It Alone
Many families intend to sort their records themselves. Here is what typically happens without a structured process.
What Makes Bequesta Distinct
Strictly Educational Scope
We do not prepare wills, powers of attorney, or any binding instrument. This is a deliberate boundary that protects you — our role is organisation, not legal practice.
A Document Map, Not Just a List
Inventory sessions produce a structured reference guide that shows where each document lives, what it covers, and when it was last reviewed — not just a flat list of names.
PDPA-Aligned Handling
All personal information shared in sessions is handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Your data is not shared with third parties and is retained only by agreement.
Built for Review
Records are structured so they can be reviewed and updated over time. The Complete Records Continuity Programme includes periodic review sessions as standard.
Milestones Since 2019
A quiet practice, steadily built on referrals and repeated trust.
