1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you are engaging on behalf of another individual who is the primary service recipient, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf.

3. Nature and Scope of Services

Bequesta provides educational and organisational services only. We help clients list, label, and record their personal documents and intentions in plain language for their own reference. Our services are strictly facilitative.

Bequesta does not:

Where the engagement indicates a need for qualified professional services, we will note this clearly in session materials and suggest the type of professional to engage. It remains your responsibility to engage such professionals independently.

4. Booking and Payment

Services are booked by submitting an enquiry through our website or by phone. A booking is confirmed when Bequesta issues a written confirmation and payment is received in full.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6. Client Responsibilities

7. Intellectual Property

Session Materials produced during your engagement belong to you. The methods, frameworks, templates, and processes used by Bequesta remain the intellectual property of Bequesta and may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or used to deliver similar services without our written consent. Website content, including text, design, and structure, is copyright of Bequesta 2025.

8. Confidentiality

Bequesta treats all information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not disclose session content, document details, or personal information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by Thai law or a court order. Our full data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

Bequesta's services are provided on an "as organised" basis. We make no representation that session outputs will be accepted, recognised, or acted upon by any court, government body, financial institution, or other party. Session Materials are records of your intentions and document inventory — they are not legal documents and carry no legal effect of their own.

We strongly recommend that clients engage appropriately qualified legal and financial professionals to give effect to any intentions documented through Bequesta's services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Bequesta's total liability to you in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fee paid for that engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including losses arising from your reliance on session materials as legally binding or from your failure to engage qualified professionals.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement (such as the Records Continuity Programme) by providing fourteen days' written notice. Fees for sessions already delivered are not refundable. Remaining sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. We encourage informal resolution in the first instance. Please contact us at [email protected] before initiating formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Clients with active engagements will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
